Sterlet Caviar in grey and amber tones colour comes from the smallest species of Sturgeon - Sterlet Sturgeon. With velvet smooth texture its characterised by distinctive,
strong and intense flavour, with smaller eggs and velvety texture gives it a lingering buttery flavour.

To maintain the health and stable productivity of sturgeon fish, we use only high-quality feed containing all the necessary micronutrients and vitamins, without hormones, antibiotics and GMOs.

We use "humane harvesting". Instead of the barbaric slaughter method of obtaining caviar, here at Aquatir Australia we use the humane method of “getting caviar without killing”. The female is “milked” by stroking her belly, while she remains alive.

By using this method, caviar is extracted at the most optimal stage of maturity, therefore its nutrient is enriched and all micronutrients are saved.
